    c3350i adf won't reset

    Anyone see the adf on c3350i not reset for next job? feed tires stay in down position. Machine has under 10k on it.
    I did notice if we lift adf off glass and put it back down it will reset. odd

      The only issue we have seen with the ADF on these so far is the tires not dropping down, but that has only been on 1 unit out of the 30 or so of this style that we have out in the field. That issue was caused by the middle small white gear located between the pickup and feed tires in the ADF coming off and the tiny little black "cam" that mounts behind that gear getting lost. No cam, no drop.

      Not helpful to you I know, but maybe helpful to someone else who stumbles on this thread in the future.

          I believe sensor is fooled here. Complete POS at low meters acting like this.

              Wouldn't hurt to initialize machine in service mode and update firmware.

              Agree all the "i" series are proving to be crap and may be the demise of Konica Minolta.....

                  Hello. Please enter the service menu and in the "Counters" -> "Jam history" section, check the error code.
                  In my case, I had J-6602, and the symptom was the same as yours.
                  I had a problem with the paper presence sensor (1).
                  Check flags 1, 2.
                  Then, thoroughly blow out sensors 3, 4, 5.

                  My flag (1) moved out of its position and did not correctly cover the optical sensor.
