    This should cover it:

    Kyocera 2-series Question

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have a problem with a TA 2553ci . Everything goes well in simplex printing, but duplex printing finishes in a jam . I have cleaned all rolls, How can I diagnose if a sensor is defectctive or motor. I don't have any error code and would like to localize the problem. I have access to maintenance mode.
        Thank you in advance

if you have access to maintenance mode you can take out the eventlog and you`ll see the jam codes.

i dont know why you picked a 4 year old thread to piggyback on, you could have started your own?
print the maint report and look at the event log, its one of those 15 pages
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
              The medication helps though...

Or just look at the panel when it is jammed.
