Wrong color registration after running the adjustment by the system menu:
Run U468/ select “Initialize“ and press [OK] key
Check if all values of [Auto] and [Manual] in U468 = ”0”
If values = “0" enter U001 and press [OK] key / if other values > repeat U468
No other changes, no copies/ no printouts during this procedure!!
    Finally run System menu > adjustment/maintenance >
    1. Calibration
    2. Color Registration
In case of dirty Transfer Belt surface , check Transfer Belt cleaning motor drive at first
Check eventlog for C7620, if yet new belt cleaning drive needed

I believe in the Americas you would run U469/ select "initialize" and press [OK]. Is it different in Europe?

Also multiple manual runs of registration adjustment will eventually get it back to normal. You just need to see which way it has to go and input the maximum number/letter each time to move it slowly back to middle.

Most problem we have had at Hanabi and Jupiter series was the broken gear from the transfer cleaning drive.
Because of this the surface from the belt get dirty and no more registration adjustments are possible, at the end the data for correcting from the registration are higher then 255 and you has to reset the data by U468/ running calibration by system menue/adjustment_maintenance or U464/ regist and gamma to get new basic data less 255.
At least fine tuning from registration by system menue and it`s finished.
For checking if it`s coming from the dirty belt, take out eventlog and check for C76xx errors.
It was a nightmare to get entrance to both screws from this fuc**** cleaning unit.
If you are a lucky guy, only the driving shaft has popped out and you has to reattach it again to solve the problem without to disassemble everything dercibed in the attached bulletin from 2015.
By the way, i have seen 1 older bulletin for newer systems (M8124cidn/Taskalfa 2460ci/ for maintenance, KDC added 2 holes in the inner cover to get easier access to the screws.
