I forgot to ask you. Do i need to take out the whole drive motor? Is it possible to access pulling out the drum and developer and fixing frome there? If I need to take out the drive motor do you know either a good video or manual for that? Thanks in advance.

When inserting the drum and developing unit make sure are you are fully engaging the lock shaft on the developing unit. Otherwise you will not get color for that unit.

not needed, entrance from the front.
Couplers are no component from main drive unit.
After you removed all 4 drums, dv units and transfer belt, you`ll see all 4 drum couplings.
Use grease for all 4 coupler and after reassemble from all parts, system will work.

That's exactly what it was. It's now fixed. It was stuck in the disengaged position. Thank you so much for all your comments. They're very helpful. Especially the picture.

Credit goes to KYO_OEM. I literally took a screen shot of his photo and re-posted it.

This sort of issue is very old, ... all the way back to Falcon1, Falcon2, and Falcon3. Especially, immediately after changing a drum unit. The coupler seizes in one position, and cannot mate to the new drum unit. On the Falcon series, at a drum replacement I would put a couple drops of oil on the coupler and worked it in and out a few times to make sure it could move.

                Congratulations on your success!!

                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

please don't remind me of the Falcon series
Lauch was in 2005 and I got a lot of gray hair from it.
