Have had several reoccurence cases and prepared check point sheet for our techs.
Maybe usefull for you also.

Nice one. In the worst cases it also takes out the K drum as the waste toner exits through that as well [emoji106]

I've run into this on a few occasions (and we only have a few of these out in the field). Good to know I'm not the only one. I think if they had put the hook on the curved side of the 'D' on the waste toner gear, it wouldn't be nearly as much of an issue.
