Poor quality image in one side. Only in color. Black and white is fine.

    Hello,

I have trouble quality printing in a Kyocera TASKalfa 3051ci.
One side of the printing is very clear or poor. The logo of the invoices is not printed because it is a light color. If I print a rectangle for each color it prints fine in the entire page. It is also fine if I print in black. I have tried the calibrate form the user menu. It didn't work. If I get into the maintenance menu, can I do a more efficient calibration or cleaning? What can I do?

    Thanks

Can you show some examples? Are you using geniune OEM toner?

Not much to go on but could be polygon mirrors possibly. May just be staring to be dirty. This model is prone to this type of thing the rear edge will start to get light. not necessarily on every color at the same either.

            Try these images:
            Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I had a case some time ago similar to this. First side was fine, second side was almost entirely washed out. The difference for me was it was copies not prints. The white roller in the document processor was dirty and the CIS wouldn't calibrate properly.

Is it when copying or printing or both? If it is only while copying you are looking at something in the scanner. What to double sided scans look like on the monitor?
