Hello!

I have a problem with mpc4504, when I try to copy or print the device just report printing:1min and the job is not realized.
Anybody have any suggestion?

more info please ..., it could be a software, hd or firmware problem. PM counters?

Make sure that the machine is not installed as a WSD.

I also think it may be the hdd, to be formatted / replaced

Check your printer driver. Make sure you're using the PCL driver (Windows). If you have a Mac/Linux PC, be sure the machine has PostScript installed, otherwise you won't be able to print. Start with the easy stuff.

That won't affect copying.

Power down the machine, unplug the HDD & try a copy/print again.

That is true, but he indicates a printing error, as the machine says "copying" when copying.

Classic HDD fail , replace HDD and your all good
