        Lazy customer won't go that high he will drop it down but sturdy stupid is another thing

          Remove the left hand scanner side covers & you will see a bunch of screws holding the scanner in position, tighten all when u have the scanner in the correct position

            You can also use a simple bubble level for the platen glass and MFP

              You can use that scanner support thingy for transport if there's no finisher / internal stuff installed.

              If the installation was made properly this part hasn't been dumped but clipped on the inner side of the front door.

              It's also possible to loosen a bunch of screws between the scanner and machine frames and re-tighten them while lifting up the front/left corner.

                  Glad you got it figured out. I haven't had to do a "chiropractic" adjustment on a copier for years. Customer must have really pushed down on the corner of machine
                  I've proved mathematics wrong. 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2.........
