Thinking of replacing some of my rental machines with these. Are they reliable that is not prone to misfeeds/jamming???

They are great machines if run at or below recommended volumes. Ricoh made a lot of improvements with the machine through new firmware, so if you get some in, update the firmware before they go out in the field.Comment

Meh, they're alright. Keep them well away from any customers I like to refer to as "knuckle draggers". They don't do well in that sort of environment.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

First of all same as it ever was... it depends on your location, usugae profil, (paper)quality and behaviour (of user) . The toner replacement is a litle bit tricky but tradable. The adf is sensitive during paper feed entrace for folded paperdocuments. On the whole in my opinion a nice compact bw machine.Comment
