    MP C8003 Wrinkling fuser belts

I have a C8003 that keeps getting wrinkles in the fuser belt, causes diagonal marks on the copies. Problem comes back quickly after rebuilding the fuser. Any ideas?

I've seen that problem on other models, it's caused by excessive heat, it can be recreated by running the fuser with sp5-804 without paper, without remove the waste toner bottle, but that's definitely not your case, maybe the customer uses a thick paper setting on thin paper(?) ...try to show the temperature on the display while fixing with the splints...perhaps there is an incorrect default temperature setting or reading

If you simply replace the fuser belt without other parts, it will tear again, which will be a waste of time and money, you also need to replace the minimum orange roller. What does the PM counter require?

We have replaced everything but the heat roller, I have another full rebuild on order including the heat roller.
