B064 9640 Developer
AA01 2060 Dev Filter
That could be the most likely source of your problem
Also if it's fitted with an A295 9510 drum then that only has a life of 350K, The newer drum also used in the Bellini C2 B070 9510 has a life of 700k.
Also:-
Charge Corona Wire:- B070 2364
Grid:- A096 2060
Pads:- A096 2063Comment

It used to be that no contrast adjustment was due to no / poor bias connection. Check the continuity betweeen the front of the mag rollers and the bias connection to the power pack. If thats ok, check the bias at the front of the mag roller and also the continuty between the dev casing and frame.
There used to be a fault where the dev casing shorted to the frame and dropped the bias (the dev frame is charged to prevent dev scatter), there should be some insulation at the front of the frame. Try sliding a couple of sheets of paper between the bottom of the dev unit and the frame as a temp insulator. If this works insulate the frame with tape.Comment
