    arm-450n first tray copy issue

    Hello

I'm here again to bother you with a new problem in a arm-450n, and because i have difficulty to explain to me in english i post the issue in attachements.

-only hapenned of the first tray, n the others tray everything ok.

In advance i post what i already do:
-I chek and replace every three rollers, and including to, a new spring pressure of the reverse roller.
-Ichek the black plastic in the left door, ( that press the guide of the first tray).
    .
-I make a copy whith the left door open, and the paper finds no bar, pass ok

Can somebody give me any idea what be be more?

    thanks in advance

What happens if you try print? Does it have same issue as copying?
Cause I'm seeing you are copying from scanner.

I had some problem same as your 1st tray but it is jamming every 2nd paper. When I do duplex, no jamming, only 1 sided copy will jammed. What I did was : -
Removed the main drive box and serviced the 1st tray clutches.
(Hard work here, while I'm there I serviced all the clutches as well.)

I'm not sure my image was shifting. Try sim50-12?

"99" is a bit too high for tray #1 buckle in 51-2. Try a setting of "85" before continuing with your troubleshooting. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
