Most likely developer or the Laser slit glass above the process unit could be dirty.

What have you done so far? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

In dirty enviroments ive seen the trail edge of the mirror on the polygon motor get dirty. Also the LSU glass can get toner dust and cause that as well.

            Clean:
            1st Mirrors
            2nd Laser Glass
3rd Polygon motor. (security screw driver required to open LSU)

Supplies on that machine are rated at 30k. When they got close to 30k CQ went down so check your supplies before you tear the laser out as it's a pain in the ass.

Check your charge grid and be sure it's clean... I had that yesterday albeit was on an ARM317. Charge grid was covered in toner and the top of the page faded out but the rest of it looked fine. Though it makes sense to check the laser glass first.
