Xerox WC 4150 indicated paper jams, but there is no paper jam

I came out to service the machine, and the rollers were bad.I replaced paper tray roller set, but the machine is still saying its jammed when there is no jam in it. I had to turn the machine off and on, and take out the toner cartridge, and the smart drum, put them back in, and than the machine started working. It has happened 3 times since the new rollers were put in. If any body knows what is it exactly the problem ? Thankyou very much

replace the MEA actuator. Its the on the fuser unit. If u play with it back and forth u will notes it get stuck. This go bad all the time. Xerox has no solution, just replace it.

I ran into the same problem recently. I slightly bent the return spring on the fuser sensor arm to make it return more firmly. Been working for 3 weeks.
