    heavy noise on HP7815A

Can anyone help on this. The machine gives a very loud gear grinding noise shortly after switch on or during a print cycle. If the fuser is disconnected, noise is goes. All gears including those on the fuser are rotating properly outside load. I guess its the fuser, i don't even know where to source for one if this is confirmed as the faulty part. Plz help???

    P3005 gears

Most of the time the gear noise, comes from the small white gear on the inside frame, that drives the fuser. Or it is the fuser itself!

you're welcome. We sell a kit that has all these in it, but I figured you'd be looking for a vendor a bit closer to you.
