You want to see a whole nation of people jump up an down in anger.
People in other countries like USA pay around $1.40 a "gallon" for gasoline.
Here in Australia (the land of the fair-go) we pay around $1.40 per "litre" for petrol.

Here's the best part: Australia is a self sustaining nation. We have our own vast oil an gas reserves.
I know the oil reserves are fact,because back in the day,close family members worked on the drill rigs that drilled two of the main oil production reserves we use in Australia. And yet we Aussies pay morbidly inflated import prices for our own petrol and gas.

In Australia we believe in a "fair-go" for every body, not a draconian "fair-flogging" of every body.

gas in my area was from $1.38 to $1.41 gal.

I filled all mine up at the Quality Plus $1.38.

MOST of my tiller/weed wacker/boat/gens were 3/4 full .. topped 'em off Buick was 1/2 total bill was around $21.00 w/ a water

if you work for a small company that filed an application for payroll protection program and did not receive funds... they may be the victim of unfair play on banks part... and could possibly participate in class action lawsuits regarding payroll protection plan or sue directly...

A reprieve is in sight....
Local media have stated that the Australian Govt have started to relax "some" of the Covid restrictions.
Medical institutions can catch up on important delayed elective surgery. Some sporting clubs may get the green light.

I hope every one else in the world is still safe...
