Nope, but I play one from 8-5 M-F
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I'm an "end user technician". Got "promoted" from all around IT guy about a year and a half ago, because "we" started a low budget copy shop for (mainly) students.
I do 95% of the servicing (and part ordering and what-not) for our b/w machines, and 30% of the color.
Rest is handled by a "real" tech who is an acquittance, but mostly by phone (that is a little awkward written down), and with occasional help from the dealership, where we bought the machines AND of course a lot of help from this community so here goes a BIG THANKS!

Anyway I selected end user just in case, but in a few years when I graduate from the university I may apply for a job in the field .

I got too old to turn the screws myself, use a cordless screwdriver - I'm a tech, have been since the 1960s BIG CHANGES.

Yeah, but don't work for Ricoh direct right now - unless you like Ikon's B.S. way of doing things.
