I was a tech last time I posted here. Now I am not. I retired last week, a bit ahead of time. Thanks to all for your assistance while I was here, and I will probably look in now and again to see what is happening. I may even do a bit of part time work, and need assistance. Thanks again and for now farewell.

here, the job description is very blur.
sometime we deliver toner
sometime we do the screwing jobs
sometime we do installing print and scan
sometime we teach end user the correct way to take out jammed paper.
sometime we listen to customers complaint about our management
sometime we speaks for the management
most of the time, we do everything stated here at every place we visit

sometime we stuck 2-3 hours at one place just to deliver toner
sometime i hate the customer
sometime i hate the machine
sometime i hate the managemnet
but i feel glad when i can solve any problem raise by customer or the machine
