    Re: Are you a technician?

My knees are telling me I've been a technician for the past 45 years.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

I was just wondering that very thing, today. I think ... yes. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              yes very much so...

              As to what I troubleshoot...

              - How does one live with increasing insurance(Canadia, fking ICBC wants to raise rate again).
              - my car used to log 40,000km annually (70% work) , with the office moved, it be 50,000km annually... what do I do...

Machines? They are the easier part.

                  Re: Are you a technician?

Goodday to you. Yes i am a - Ricoh - technician and we are now considering offering the color cube Xerox printers also. But we don't know much about these printers, are they good? How is the quality of print outs? We are convinced of there ecological "foot print" and that is also a reason to promote them... But we need to have somewhat more info about this. So, what is your opinion on these machines? Thanks in advance for your answer. Greetings, Mark.

                      Re: Are you a technician?

Tech started as a printer but was constantly fixing the equipment (Digital and Mechanical) so I decided to get on the fixing side of things.

I really have absolutely no idea what I am doing most of the time. I just try to put on a good show.
