        I recently developed an abnormal fear of escalators. I'm taking steps to avoid them.

            If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                    The tires on my work car make a satisfactory screeching sound when I have to jam on the brakes. Even with the antilock system.
                    For some reason I also have a hankering for a sandwich with venison summer sausage.

                                                            A bit of regional weirdness - I think I saw an armadillo on the side of the road Friday morning on my way to my first call. It looked dead. I didn't have time to stop and take a picture then, and when I came by later it was gone.
                                                            I guess it was something else, as far as I know armadillos can't play possum.
