Hmmm... No Idea. I can't find anything in the permissions or channel setup. If you still have it can you PM me a link to whatever you were trying to post and I'll see if I can duplicate the error?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Edit: I later found that copier tech had apparently deleted his comment.
Second edit:Apparently not being able to view the comment prevents refreshing the Ricoh forum from clearing the indication on the main Forums page that there are unread posts on the Ricoh forum. I had to use the Mark This Forum as Read at the bottom to clear it.
I am also getting the "Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page. For assistance contact the site administrator." message when trying to view a thread in the Konica Minolta forum.
Maybe the entire thread was deleted or somehow marked as private? Not sure, not much error to go on there. Just figured I would report it in case it's a wider spread issue.

More likely if you are clicking on a link in an email notification, the post that generated the email has been deleted. Next time try logging in to CTN then go to the KM forum and locate the thread. A reply with the same time that the email was sent will not exist. If you look at the link in the email it will end in a number not a thread name. That number is the sequence number of the post. If the post is then deleted, the sequence number is also deleted. Using sequence numbers allows faster finding of posts.

The whole topic is missing probably deleted by poster although I'm not sure you can delete topic in a matter of short time or somehow.
Good eye.

It showed up as the last updated thread on the main page at the time. I clicked the link and -BAM- error. I did notice shortly after however that entering the Konica Minolta forum the thread didn't appear. However, it did show up as the last updated item. I tried refreshing the page several times just to see if it was some weird caching thing but it hung around. The email thing is really strange. I would have thought vBulletin would just give you the first post in the thread if it can't find the sequence number. Maybe not. Oh, the missing sequence number in my pasted link thing? It was probably there in the browser but I think my copy and paste got truncated.

I'm also not sure what rules exist around a poster being able to delete their thread. I don't recall ever making a new thread, just replying to them.

I am having an issue with a Konica Bizhub Press C7000. The toner is not being removed automatically from the Transfer Belt Cleaning Unit. The drive gear part #65AA77840 in the back of the machine that is suppose to run the upper toner waste collection doesn't seem to be rotating. Is there a way to test that motor? The machine
