as a last resort having to reset the NVRAM for ADVANCED troubleshooting (following a NVRAM backup as to NOT lose the meters) is perfectly acceptable but the crazy talk of resetting solely for zeroing the count is heinous in my eyes.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Since it has been established that the xx4/xx4e models are easy to reset, has anybody figured out how to do it on the xx8/xx8e series? LOL!
A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...Comment
