            plus listing file names does not constitute a breach of contract lol.
            posting the files for public use here would but not the names.

                                    I'm looking for procedure to clear nv ram in Bizhub 227.
                                    Anybody can help me, please ?

                                            here's a simple way to clear all counters...

                                            remove main bd (that contains the NVRAM module)

                                            place it in your microwave for about a 1.5 mins...

                                            remove and re-install in unit

                                            run tests.

                                                            I just ask you calmly. There is a reset tool for colored machines, and for B227 I can't find such software. Even to C203 there was such software. regards

                                                            After that you write here about deleting C364 ...... so what criminal.
