Had this a few times now where a customer will call in and say the scan to email has stopped working, I go out and try a scan and it fails and i check the job log and it states "ssl cert. expired" which I know it has not but when checking I noticed that the machine has changed the date and time back to some time in 2017 - which is why the machine thinks the SSL Cert has expired.
