    Strip on

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub 458 and it stated to make a strip only on the black.
Already changed Black drum and nothing, took a look on the revelation unit and seemed to be good

Clean the laser glass with the tool inside the front cover.

If this doesn't help the issue is with the developer unit.

pull the laser unit and clean glass. If its real dirty the wand in the door wont get it clean.

A clump of toner behind the dev blade that's preventing the formation of a dev brush or crap on laser glass

if not drum, not dv unit its the laser glass. you need a good strong flashlight and look for anything on the laser slit glass. the wand does nothing for staining, just loose toner dust.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
              The medication helps though...

Did you pull out PH (laser) unit and clean? If you did and drum and developer unit has been replaced, pull PH back out and inspect area where the laser shines through to get to Drum. Something is blocking the laser from hitting Drum
