Anywhere Firmware download possible?

Hi guys,
im not partnerd with Konica Minolta. One of my customers have a problem with his Scan to E-Mail. He need an firmware update to activate TLS 1.2.
But I dont find this firmware update. Is it possible to get it anywhere? I didnt found for other Konica Models too.

I Need it for C3851/C3351 and C368 too but the C454 is at the moment very important.

You do know the "latest" F/W for that old, no longer supported model was like 2014 (G00-72)? All the firmware after that is version up ver 7.
Just in case you didn't know you can make a C454 into a C454"E" model. There is a procedure to do this and uses several different firmwares, soft switches, etc.

or you could correctly inform them the machine is not up to todays security standards just as there are no more leaded gas automobiles or 3g cellphones. time to buy a new(er) machine.
its really not your problem, its theirs so dont feel like you have to force it to work. its obsolete. the fake "e" upgrade may work short time but dont do it for free, that would be bullshit.

I whould not do it for free. Thats an idea but they dont have the Money to Change all maschines. They have 3 of this 454 where they need the function

they can scan to a folder or a flash drive and email from their computers.
im not trying to sound cold and uncaring, they obviously have a business that relies on functioning machine so they can take out a loan or a lease and keep their business running.
this is the cost of business. also one of the reasons why i never went independent.
when gmails TLS changed years ago KM made an "upgrade" firmware that can help but to my knowledge this was not supposed to last forever as it was a decade ago and its rarely talked about anymore.
id throw a UK-211 ram upgrade in all of them and try the multi-step process to fake "e" capabilities.

also fwiw i have a brother WF AIO at home cost less that 200 dollars and scans to email just fine.
always alternatives.

i never liked the "fix" for this because any other issue that could be solved with newer firmware cannot be done.
