    IC-419

I am looking for the system software 2.1 or 3 of IC-419 (fiery controller). The hard disk was crashed and I don't have yet codes for sales portal of efi.

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Konica isn't showing any of the system code software files available for download. according to the attached PDF, they are to be downloaded from EFI. Unfortunately EFI's download center is currently down.IC-419.jpg

Same with the user manuals & drivers disks that use to come with new machines. Now you just get the hard copy of manual no disks

I'm thinking maybe they are getting away from disks because eventually computers aren't going to have CD/DVD drives. Mac's haven't had disk drives for years now. USB or external drives only.

You have to go to Fiery website and look for Fiery Installer Builder. Have to download that and then find the software that you need and then download it to a USB memory stick, 32 gig would be good. It will go through and format the stick and make it a bootable drive and then it will load it to the stick. Then when it is done, may take a bit. Take the stick to the Fiery and switch the service switches to service mode, plug in the stick and turn the Fiery on. It will boot from the stick and load your software. Hope this helps.

The only way to load the system software on these controllers is only with the fiery installer builder and to register on the efi sales portal. After 4 days they finally approved my application (only if you state a company email and not a Google or yahoo email). Only this way exists.
