    Bizhub 4052 does not print

I have Bizhub 4052. The machine didn,t print from a computer and any reaprts from the machine, only 4 leds blinked, as a copier worked fine. I updated firmware , the machine started working fine. But after 2 week is the same, Bizhub didn't print again, as a copier worked fine. What should I check/change?

The only time I have seen the LEDs blink on the machine like its receiving data but nothing comes out is when account track is turned on and they don't have the password set in the driver.. If that is your problem you can either set the password on the driver or have the machine to print without authentication

can you backup the address book and initialize at least the network portion?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

Just had this on a 4752 and turned out the date & time were wrong. Check the memory battery if it keeps losing the date & time.

There are not any account. I thought about emmcb and a battery. As copyman wrote , probably battery, because I was backup address book , files have no date of creation . I will let you , when I check the battery.

I never heard that on this model good hint copyman
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

              Sadly, yes.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've replaced several Batts on the Biz 4750 because of date and time not holding. But recently had a 4752 where it would copy fine but wouldn't scan or print after a power outage. Realized the time & date were wrong and after changing to correct time & date (thanks Synthohol) it solved issue.

Enter Servie Mode -> System 1 -> Initialization -> Clear All Data . Save your Store Adress, IP. After clear you need to install HDD, Movie data, IP, Store adress etc .

The date was 1970y. When I changed the correct date, the machine started working fine. I changed the battery, I will be watching now for some days.
