konica minolta c3320i wont wake up

so out of my 40 or so machines c3320i in the field this one was fine for 5 years.. now all of the sudden it will go to sleep and then the fan runs but it won't come back on to copy
I went out there and could not get it to go into energy save but I made it I think go to 60 minutes.. the customer then states that once they shut it off it takes a time or two (I told them about the 10 second restart ) then it comes back on and it will do the same thing all a gain.. I have the machine managent list.. anything I should look at? like I said its the only one I have that does this.. any thoughts> thank you guys

        9.4 Sleep ON/OFF Choice Setting

        • To display the option of “No” for the [Sleep Mode Setting] screen available from [Administrator] -> [Maintenance] -> [Timer Setting] ->

        [Power Settings].
        Setting item Contents Default setting
Permit To display “OFF” in the sleep mode setting screen.
Prohibit No to display “OFF” in the sleep mode setting screen.
set this to permit, then sleep mode can be turned off.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...

its in service mode, system 1
              sleep on off choice setting
need to set that to permit first.
then the option to turn OFF sleep mode will appear on the screen you captured.

was this resolved in the end? I had one where it would randomly turn off and wouldn't wake up unless switching off the main switch and unplugging.
Already did the sleep/power adjustments as its standard practice on our machines.
Anyway... a new cpub fixed my issue. same on a c257i.

Troubleshooting ALL i-Series with problem: Sleep, Boot and Power Control.

LINK on CPU1, CPU2, Boot Rom Firmware Update Procedure

                        Troubleshooting Note:
If flashing fails for CPU1, CPU2, or Boot ROM, the issue is likely related to SPI Flash (BIOS) corruption on the CPU Board.

                        Possible Solutions:
                        1. Replace the CPU Board (recommended for most users).
                        2. Repair using a programmer (requires specialized equipment and expertise).
