I didn't expect that the request code had an expiration date
How long is it valid?

can you not just wind the clock and date back on the copier to a point in time where reset code was still valid?

We are in the opposite situation - I can't rewind LMS servers date&time

@Konik
With properly set time and date in the machine request code should be valid for one week.
So when you dig up your machine, just check date&time and prepare new request code.

My task is a bit difficult because I am currently outside my country.
I talked to the service and they generated a current request code for me.
They also checked the date, it's ok.
At the same time, they made me aware that there are also 2 devices with an unknown CE Password on the lower floor of my warehouse
If you are so kind, I will ask for help again in the future (2-3 weeks).

Check again the data you sent, surely there should not be the letter O or the number 0 in the request code.
