Thank you very much! That worked. But unfortunately I switched back from the CE menu and there is still a password set. I thought this code will delete the current password. Is there a way to remove the CE password completely from within the CE menu?
I also got a new code now and cannot enter again:

The code removes the currently set password and restores the default one (and as a tech, you should know the default password).
It is not possible to remove the password completely - you can only disable CE Authentication in Enhanced Security mode, then the machine will not ask for password anymore.

Ok, I nailed it.
You missed one "0", so the proper serial number seems to be A5YN027000057

However your code is expired, I need the fresh one...

The reset code resets the password back to the factory default. Yes, there is a way to set the machine up to not request a password, but it does not completely eliminate it. The password would still be required under certain circumstances like entering from the trouble reset screen.

Ah! I forgot to check with the default password. The default password is working in CE menu now. Thank you very much!!

The same way, as the first one - on the password screen press Stop -> C
This procedure generates fresh code (with actual date and time) each time.
Check that the machine has the correct date and time set, perhaps your machine had the wrong date set.

I purchased a machine secondhand, are you please able to supply me with reset code for my C364e Locked out of CE Password and Konica has been no help to unlock it for me.
