Your reset comes back as expired because the date in the copier is not set properly. You will need to set date and time properly and get back with the updated reset information.

A previous tech must have changed the service password. I have tried 9272 4 times and twice, 12345678 all that were suggested on the internet and then I'm allow me into the service mode. Is there any way to bypass the password or reset it. I have a c- f a14 code and need to get into the service mode to take care of it but I can't get past the password. Thanks
