Thank you. The code worked. You are a life saver. I made a PayPal donation. For future reference. Are you able to get a reset code for the 8 series or i series?

          Almost all of the machines since 4e series support this - 4e / 7 / 8 / 8e / 9 / i - B/W and color, also 4052, C3351, and A4 iSeries.

My mistake, ended up not needing it. I accidentally exited the service mode and did not realize that upon entering it the first time, it resets the service password automatically. I am good to go. Thank you!

                    Hello everyone!

I have found this incredible forum through google (Really surprised because of how bad google search is nowadays) and I have run into this exact problem.
I bought a second hand Bizhub C224e for my company but cannot get it to work, Admin password has been altered, as wel as the CE password and the seller says they can't find the passwords since they haven't touched it in years. so bit of a bummer.

But seeing the amazing work jotunn has been doing for years now (as well as others ofcourse), reading back all the posts here I would like to humbly request a CE password recovery as well for my machine.

                    The details are:

                    Serial: A5C4021023912
                    Mac: 00:20:6B:8B:33:7E
                    Code: 3LQC5-VC2SD-EAYG2-45BA6-SGJBR-SG8YD-ENJQG-4ZDRV

I will definitely contribute to you, so please send me a link! Help like this is ever waning these days.

                    Cheers!

Update: Never mind sending it, saw the link in the post above and made the donation right away!

I found this forum that talks about this exact problem of having the admin and ce password changed. In my case it is a Konica Bz-650i machine. If you can help me I would appreciate it and I would gladly make my donation just go to where I make the contribution.

                            Hello,
Your machine has wrong date and time set, I don't know if the reset code will work for you, however you can try:
                            MFP Serial Number AC74011001090
                            Reset Code P3D5X-J8S8S-LKYMU-7N8Q9-EBNEF-GG8YD-EMJRG-EYDLB

The serial number of your machine is incorrect - far outside the range of valid numbers for this series of machines - (something around A7R021042000 for EU region).
The reset code cannot even be generated.

                                Hello everyone,

I need help with generating a CE password reset code for a Konica Minolta bizhub C3300i.

Here are the details from the machine:

                                - Printer Serial Number: AAJT021203934
                                - MAC Address: 00:20:6B:4E:2DC
                                - CE Password Reset Request Code: KUL73-EYPQY-9TF22-NJF6P-8P63E-CG8YD-ENJQG-4ZTBB

I've tried default passwords like 92729272 , 12345678 and 00000000 but none of them worked.
The local dealer is not responding, and I need to reset the CE password to perform maintenance.

Any help or reset code would be greatly appreciated!

                                Thanks in advance.
