Hi, this is an error to do with the tray lifting motor, it’s usually paper trapped behind the paper tray, causing the tray not to rise. Obviously it could be caused by the motor or sensor but I would start by removing the tray and checking for paper. I believe that code is tray 2 but I would check behind all trays, if there is no paper I would then remove the complete pickup unit and investigate further. Good luck!

Lol... system error clear for one piece of paper trapped
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

I've tried that, remove all the trays check but no paper stuck inside the sensor and the pick up unit looks perfectly fine, but the trouble code still exist

We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

I would have tried the sys error clear as well if no paper stuck. Did you test sensors for tray 2 in service mode?

No I didn't because did remote assistance with the customer via WhatsApp video call and I just told to check and clean the sensor (PS22) I guess?

Did you hit continue, confirm that you wanted to disable the cassette, turn the sub power off then on, then reboot the mfp?

Sounds simple, but have you open and closed the frontdoor without turning machine off and on? Rank B is reset by that.
