Bizhub 363 firmware update problem

Hi guys I'm having a problem with updating a firmware on a biz hub 363 when I update give me error of completed but says checksum 100C, check sum EE28

That's not an error. It's suppose to show you "check sum" when firmware is done downloading. Looks all good to me.

But when I switch on the machine gives me C164

Looking at the error code in the manual , I would try reloading firmware making sure you have the correct firmware

i dont think you selected all.

Good catch , I didn't look that close at his pics. either he deselected mfpb, has bad firmware load or a bad MFPB

You didn't mention anything about a C164 code on your OP? There are some damn good techs on this forum but none are mind readers. Best of luck
