    The medication helps though...

To start with you have color registration problem. What are voltages in state confirmation?

as with any CQ issue, try printing the halftones, look for a repeating pattern.
at first glance to me it looks like DV in the charge roller but cant tell if it repeats or the feed direction.

Replace K developer unit and make sure using "genuine" toner

Replace the 2nd image transfer roller, I have had that problem in the past and that corrected it.

there is a slim chance it could be fuser. Stop the print job before it finishes and check transfer belt to see if it has the spots. then take a look at image on paper before it goes through fuser

I'm probably reading it wrong, but the speckles that I see are all clustered around the text. Is that what you mean? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Generic toner? I know someone else mentioned it, but thought I'd reiterate.
