[CQ] Bizhub C300i Copy from Flatbed and single side adf

Having scan quality issue when copying from flatbed and adf front side. Back side adf copy is ok. I have replaced ccd, reconnected cables to boards and problem still remains. Never seen this issue before. Attached images of copies

Make sure the CCD is in the correct position. If I remember correctly you have -o+ depending on the paint mark on the CCD the mark needs to be in line with the line on the pin. (it's in the manual) Most likely it will be the height adjustment of the ccd screws. They are painted but I had to adjust them once. Had a very similar CQ to yours.

lift the front left corner of the scanner with maybe 20 lbs of force up and make a copy.
looks like scanner sag to me.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

before lifting scanner take off upper left cover on scanner and loosen all screw under the cover on left side then pull up on upper front left of scanner and while holding it up tighten the screws.
But before doing that I would make sure that the mirrors are sitting correctly in there holders

an easy way to tell if the scanner is drooping is to remove the scale plate and the plate over the other end of the platen glass if its bent glass will rock on the pads.

+1 for this. We had it on Monday. We were getting a yellow band along the bottom from the ADF only.

Wow, that's quite a parallelogram-ish image for a glas plate scan...

I wouldn't start messing around with the ccd adjustemt and hope you didn't touch the screws.
Better check if the frame is bent like already suggested and also check if the scanner waggons are at the correct position/running parallel.
