do you have your opinion why the error C2552 TCR>10% sometimes appears, the machine solves the problem by itself and works normally for a while.

Assuming a poor mixture of developer content in the toner. We remive the offending toner, vacuum out the hopper & replace with Ktn toner. Do a hopper fill & run about 20 halftones at full density (255) then "manual" add toner cycle. TCR always comes back down to around 6.5%. Had to give up on another brand due to some batches of this. Mainly black & cyan.
