Sure! When you make more prints, it will increment upwards. Make as many as you want! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Isn't there an email server you should be hacking?

                That would be illegal.

Kyocera products allow for a one-time reset to 0, ONLY IF the total count is under 1,000. For instance, usage on the demo floor. Once it passes 1,000 it cannot be reset.

                      Try this.

Get a new from the factory (not a refurbished, not used from another machine)a Main PWB, an Engine PWB, and a Hard Drive. Put those in the machine and see if you have zero counts. If not, keep buying new from the factory and replacing all the PWBs on that machine. Sooner or later you may achieve the desired results.

Or keep making copies till it goes back to zero.

you get zero when you purchase a new copier. otherwise it can't or shouldn't be done.
