P3155 jams at fuser exit at exactly same position

Jams occur at every print or somtimes 30 pages or so are ok then jam at every page again.
Paper has already left fuser unit about 10 or 15 cm and the leading edge of the paper is already
at or shortly under the paper exit rollers. Somehow it seems that the paper exit drive doesn't start
driving the exit roller section. Somestimes the remaining half of the paper gets "concertinaed" by the running fuser unit.
I think the exit section starts driving shortly before the paper reaches it. I've already replaced the fuser unit, because
i thought it could have something to do with the exit sensor from the fuser unit but no luck. Same error again.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please clean the paper dust from the recessed area just prior to the registration rollers. Also look at the sensor on the underside of the drum unit (registration sensor 2) to make sure it is clean.

It doesn't take much dust in the reflective area to cause these difficult to troubleshoot jams. Jam 0511, 0519

It's easy to be deceived into replacing the fuser or the high voltage board but most likely some paper dust is actuating registration sensor 2 intermittently causing this timing related jamming problem.

A jam code would be helpful. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Unnecessary....
especially for a relatively newer user.

You 2 are ridiculous and toxic.. The guy asked a simple question, and black cat asked him for some jam codes. Its that simple

              Instead you insult the person....

You 2 should not be in the field or in this line of work. Unprofessional

I was having these jams, numerous 0511 and one 0519, on a P3155dn and was going to replace the fuser. I came back with the fuser and did some research and found this article from the OP. I cleaned excessive paper dust from the inside of the machine and ran over 100 double sided test charts from the cassette without any jams. Thanks for the help!
