[CQ] Lot of thin streak line_KY 5500i

Do any one saw the streak line occurring in Prints?
I did not replace any parts and perform #140, there are lot of thin streak line occurring on every prints.
the thin streak lines are random.

Have any one can help to solve the problem?

looks like high voltage leakage between dv/dk
new dv needed i think

I think so, but there is no Dev available for changing.

But the situation became normal when I change the MAG DC value from 180 to 160.
And I also change the Mag Duty from 43 to 68, the Image density decrease....
So the issue can be solve by change the Mag DC value.

I'm not sure how much K pages for Dev unit.
But ITB and DUC are new, and the life is within 100K pages.

Update again.
The issue occurs again when I change the Sleeve Duty from 43 to 68....
When the Sleeve Duty change, the streak line occurs and disappear.

Do you mean, what the voltag is?
If yes, this is US version machine.

power plug is not related to this issue.
Depended to the age from each LLU part, system has to calculate needed internal voltages.
If the age increased >>system must increase needed voltage also, this would done by internal calibrations. (depended to U464 values)
In case of over aged or broken parts, system can`t calculate the needed voltages anymore and you can get problems like this.
Without new dv unit you can`t solve this problem.
You can try to set U100/ Set AC Auto Adj from ON to OFF.
System won`t calculate anymore, but this will maybe helpfull up to new dv arrived only.
You also can get other issue at once.
By the way: after each change from any value of U140, you has to recalibrate the system by U464 manually!
