Prints from PC and internal prints are fine. Prints off glass very light at a consistent light density (No wave or repetitive marks). I cleaned optics very good and no change. Any ideas would be very helpful THANKS !!

You haven't mentioned doing any sort of color calibrations. That seems like a logical next step. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi Blackcat... I did do a toner curve and calibration. The toner curve prints were perfect and also read fine when read by scanner.Comment

Re: Kyocera 4551ci Light copies off glass
Had a weird issue on a Sharp once that forced toner save mode on out of nowhere. Couldn't figure out why, and the only thing that fixed it was resetting system settings to factory defaults, and then it let me change it. It had been out there for a few years at that point, so it made no sense.Comment

Re: Kyocera 4551ci Light copies off glass
Just in case, backup the machine before you do anything else, just to be safe. You can try running U021, and then see what happens. It will wipe it basically back to factory, and if it doesn't make a difference, you can push the backup on to the machine again. If it does change, then it's something setting related, whether a setting is corrupt, or whatever.
