Don't drive yourself crazy with this, just go ahead and replace the ITB cleaning unit and all will be well.

I agree, take a spare ITB & cleaning unit from a spare machine if you can

when you take the itb out flip it over and have a good look along the edge. we have had alot of them tear along the rear edge, then when it goes by it creates a bump mark. just food for thought.

Thanks everyone. I installed a new cleaning unit on the belt and everything was ok.
I had the old blown out with an air compressor, but this is not sufficient.

Congratulations. I didn't really think that compressed air would do anything to improve a warped or worn cleaning blade. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It was not really a problem that indicate the cleaning blade. When each printed four colors separately diced you think of something else

When you understand the way that the process control system works, you immediately recognize the ID patches when you see them.
