How many copies on the fuser? Might need a fuser rebuild.

      Three things. Paper.Paper.Paper.
      1. Cheap paper that has been cut from too close to the end of the roll
      2. To much moisture in the paper. Install tray and drum heaters.
      3. Paper being printed on the wrong side first. Paper used to have an arrow on the label indicating which side to print first. Many don't anymore.

If the machine once had a finisher on it the problem will be the exit roller that you fit when fitting bridge unit that gives that problem

Make sure that sp 1113-001 (Curl Correction) is set to default value. Even though this sp is called curl correction, the manual states it is not effective at reducing curl on this model, and to keep it at default. Who is writing this stuff?
It also states that sp1115 must also be at default.

The manual's only suggested solution for curling is to install tray heaters, but since you brought in your own dry paper, that must not it. The paper you brought was dry, right?

i purchased the exit tray assembly that wasnt with the machine. since we removed the fin. we didnt have have it
its not the one we have on the machine, i guess the c5503 exit tray fits the c6004, so this may solve the problem, it looks to be a lot different from the picture, well see

You should never mess with fuser temps for a curling issue.

If your fuser sleeve is below PM count try better quality or heavier paper like 100GSM.

There is no 1-1105 or do you mean SP 1-105. If so, which one? If you mean -001 and -002 then that is a rather large drip in the settings considering the defaults in the service manual are 149 and 140 for the C6004. You may have gone from hot offsetting to cold offsetting. By the way, cold offsetting is more common that hot offsetting. Normally caused by people putting thicker paper in the trays than what they are set for. Changing the paper type is a better option that changing the fusing temperature.

cazzo!!!...thanks Friend!, you solved my problem! I was preparing a mpc3004 with finisher 3130, and it was crumpling the paper between the exit, and the entrance of the finisher 3130, when by chance reading your post, you enlightened me, in fact the machine (reconditioned) mounted the axis with the rollers chubby, I replaced them immediately, and now it works fine, I owe you a beer, you saved me a lot of time!
