    Ricoh mp 6055 scanner is missing

    Hi everybody,
    I have a ricoh that scanner function is missing.
    Hdd is installed correctly and formated as well,
    Does any body have any idea?

      The scanning app is missing. Can you extract it from the firmware. when i get home i can put it here.

        I just noticed that you don't have a scanner in the service menu, but you do have a scanner application installed. So the solution I gave won't help

                Try change SP 5-895-002 to "0" and restart. It for scanner application

                        Maybe because with previous models where the SOP either didn't exist or was an add on option it was for enabling/disabling the USB port on the controller for printing.

                            Usually, if install new fresh nvram. That setting will switch off. I dont have any idea why for this case.
