Try a new pressure roller, with a machine that old the roller is probably soft and that causes fuser / duplex exit issues.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

replace reg guide bar and all clucthes and your fault will be no more. Paper gets stuck by static on gude bar causing jam. Had this error and fault many times
