I haven't said they would make the right decision every single time Billy. Who does. In my experience women tend to make the right decision far more than the wrong decision.
Do you think they ever execute people who aren't guilty in states with capital punishment?Comment

Liar!! I have only said the Texas law is repressive.

You words don't match your call for action. You said that you don't want any restriction on abortion. Any sane person would draw the conclusion that you think current law is restrictive. You like to make a distinction where there is none for no other reason than you like to argue rather than have a meaningful discussion.
Likewise, you said that you believe women are capable of making the right choice on abortion. You didn't say "some of the time."
Please answer: Are you saying that women aren't gonna make the right decision on abortion all the time?Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

It's odd that you don't think current law is restrictive but yet you're calling for the law to be changed and for no restrictions. Once again, I don't think you're being totally honest and upfront.

You're trying to deflect the conversation away from abortion and to capital punishment.

Re: The Shining City Upon a Hill
You seem to have a problem with the government passing any law that governs abortion. When I ask you why you feel that way, you tell me that you have all this faith in women to make the right choice simply because of their sex. I find that to be out in left field because women can be just as stupid as men. I've met a lot of stupid women in my life. I wouldn't trust them to walk my dog and I don't have a dog.
You finally admitted that women don't make the right choice all the time. Once again, that's why we have restrictions on abortion in the USA and almost every country...because women don't make the right decision all the time. That shouldn't offend you as even free speech has restrictions.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

And I stand by that statement. As a whole, women tend to make better decisions than men. I have no problem admitting it. Of course there are exceptions. There always are.
Are you ready to answer whether you think people who are not guilty ever get executed in states with capital punishment?
Come on, you can do it!!Comment

Re: The Shining City Upon a Hill
Just because you feel that way doesn't make it true and as usual you provide nothing to back it up. I'm just curious how having a vagina makes a person make better decisions.....Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

Oh, and I know you are confused. It is quite clear.
Do you think people who are not guilty ever get executed in states with capital punishment? You are still avoiding answering. Why is that?Comment

Texas Democrat on whether women can LEAVE Texas for abortions (interview with Rep. Gina Hinojosa) - YouTube
.. the proper response to help reduce unwanted pregnancies resulting in abortion is increased sex education amongst teens and improved low cost access to birth control devices. These are both things that Texas Republicans are pushing back against.
Under new SB8 laws women in Texas who are carrying a baby that is knowingly not medically viable to live outside the womb must go to full term with the baby dying immediately upon birth.
Even wealthy Texas women and their daughters are now going to be forced to sneak out of state for medical abortions. This will have a long lasting damaging mental condition forced upon them.Last edited by SalesServiceGuy; 09-07-2021, 12:05 AM.Comment
