I'm no big fan of Marx. Because of people following his suggestions I had to learn the practical differences between tear gas and pepper spray, and also spend a number of nights in a hole in the ground in the woods of central Wisconsin. That was kind of uncomfortable and somewhat irritating.
Although, thanks to unions back in the day demanding more money when nobody was buying the products they produced, I suppose he was one reason I became a copy tech rather than a machinist, and that is kind of cool.
Also, it turns out that non CNC machinist math is more compatible with the math required for an associates degree in electronic engineering than you'd think. A lot of trigonometry in each.

The spacebar doesn't work for me on this site either. It's annoying.

I can live without the space bar. What I can't live without is a non-magnetic Spring hook. You never fails that might fix up a magnetic charging in my tool bag and you know how crazy and magnetic spring hook can make you

Yeah, that is something to look out for. But according to them, just making a big stink isn't that bad, especially when the thing is marked in that distinctive manner that indicates those results as obvious. Personal responsibility is actually important if you think about it.

At one time, this was important - now, I don't think so much. It's more about what I can get than what I can give, or how can I help.

                        Congratulations to the Chicago Cubs

Given the historic nature of this World Series victory, the first in over a century, I will tolerate 72 hours of celebratory speech and activity, after which time the Cubs fans can go right back to shutting up, because there are more important things for me to be pissed off about.

If someone monkeys with it and gets gassed and has an asthma attack and dies you will probably face manslaughter charges. You may not think that is morally right but the cops won't care.

The missus thought it funny after she read the label on the bottle 3 times. I had to inform her , yes dear it said "Deterrent" not "Detergent".

Reminds of how my old man would stop the dog from eating the chicken eggs out of the chicken coup. He'd fill a few empty chicken eggs full of liquid chilly/pepper powder, and then put the egg bombs back in the coup. Funny as watching the dog racing up and down the fence line rubbing his mouth along the ground.

When the neighbourhood pups go through that chewing stage, I place chilly powder all over our shoes and outdoor shoe rack etc..
