    These people have had an HP with AIO toner/imaging units, and to noones surprise it helps on these HP's. If it's not AIO technology it's just $100 of wasted toner in the trash. =^..^=

    I realize most end users don't have an understanding of how a copier works, but it still amazes me when one will think changing the toner will fix a jamming problem. :/

    I didn't actually see it, but my buddy found a mouse stretched between two fuser lamp terminals. They reported a "burnt smell."

    i've seen this with a spider on the BD pwb, shorting something, and throwing an error code.
