And a lot of peolple with HPs seems to think that the "have you changed the cartridge" question is silly as they just put a new one in.
Cant win. Oh well.

I realize most end users don't have an understanding of how a copier works, but it still amazes me when one will think changing the toner will fix a jamming problem. :/Leave a comment:
