If you can provide the error code, someone might be able to help.
A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
"Not working ... " is a bit too general for me to start hazarding guesses. Can you be a tiny bit more specific?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
look on page 57. the one-way gear it mentions is on the same shaft as the feed roller. be careful there is a pin in shaft that the feed slides on to it falls out very easily. the first time you do this I recommend pulling the bypass off to do this
i am sorry, forgot to give you a error code. It is C-0211, i tried already to isolate and on again. No luck, as i install another bypass and problem is the same thinking is something with the machine.

Service manual says.... "Manual feed up/down abnormality". Please see attached.
Just a theory, but on the 8 series copiers, The C-0211 codes on the Bypass unit were caused by 1 way gears in the Paper Feed Drive assy slipping. The C250i series has a paper feed drive assy too, so maybe try one of those.
There was a bulletin released about the bypass one way gears being installed backwards from factory. Has this machines bypass ever worked or been tested before?
